Anthony Camerieri was the leading confirmed American man, sixth in 13:46. Fellow Americans Bob Liking, Reid Buchanan and Luke Tewalt placed seventh, eighth and tenth in 13:47, 13:49 and 14:11, respectively. Their USA designations were cross-checked against NYRR’s complete professional field, rather than inferred from U.S. residence.
Country-field note: NYRR’s results feed assigns Kemboi a USA code, but its professional field and his World Athletics profile identify him as Kenyan. This report follows those athlete-specific sources and does not interpret the timing code as a confirmed change of nationality.
The 5K course ran from the United Nations to the marathon finish line in Central Park. For the separate November 8 race, see our Boston Half field report.
